Welcome to Science @ UBC!

 First and foremost, CONGRATULATIONS! You have just entered the best faculty at the best campus in the world. And what better way to start than by attending Science Frosh 2012?

Science Frosh 2012 is a unique orientation program put on by the Science Undergraduate Society for new students of the Faculty of Science at UBC. Science Frosh is meant to orient, inspire and initiate new students to the wonderful science community that thrives on this campus. This year, Science Frosh will be held on September 8, 2012.

Students who participate in this program will discover the amazing diversity in UBC Science and learn all the tools available to them to develop their own exceptional undergraduate experience.

They will also be given the opportunity to connect with peers and older Science students in an informal setting before the rush of classes begins. This will give them a head start on their professional and social careers as a UBC student.

Want to Get Involved After Frosh?

 Science Frosh is an event presented to you by the Science Undergraduate Society (SUS) of UBC. Many of the students involved with organizing, planning, and helping out in this year's Science Frosh were once Froshees just like many of you will be this year. One awesome way you can get involved with SUS in your first year at UBC is though First Year Committee (FYC). FYC is a group of passionate student leaders in the Faculty of Science who aim to spread Science pride to their fellow first years through awesome events and initiatives!
